Effect of original and complete pedigree on inbreeding coefficient and pedigree information Holstein cattle in Isfahan province

The pedigree completeness level is very efficient on reliability parameters from pedigree. The aim of this study was to  determine of inbreeding coefficients  and other pedigree information with complete and original  pedigree on Holstein cattle in Isfahan Province. All available information of the pedigree with Iran was obtained from Canadian Dairy Network (CDN) and Interbull Center as far back as possible and all ancestors were added pedigree .finally, Pedigree information of 86482 Holstein cows and bulls   collected.   Pedigree completeness index were 0.44 and 0.58 with original and complete pedigree , respectively. Pedigree completeness index  were 0.06 and 0.19 with  original  and complete pedigree in 1990 and 0.64 and 0.91 in 2010. Coefficient coancestory  were 1.75 and 3.52 with original and complete pedigree , respectively. Coefficient coancestory    were 0.85 and 1.67 with  original  and complete pedigree in 1990 and 3.2 and 9.36 in 2010. Coefficient inbreeding  were 1 and 2.33 with original and complete pedigree , respectively. Coefficient inbreeding    were .21 and .71 with  original  and complete pedigree in 1990 and 1.43 and 4.24 in 2010. Number of discrete generation equivalent   were 6.8 and 23 with original and complete pedigree , respectively.
